General Information
The Pediatric Research Organization is excited to launch the iPRO Virtual Summer Program, an opportunity for students to network with their peers and develop valuable skills for healthcare, all from the comfort of their own homes! This year, our inaugural 8-week program will be held from Sunday, July 5th through Sunday, August 29th. Participants must be involved in six out of the designated eight weeks to be considered active members, but exceptions will be made if an individual cannot accommodate deadlines due to extenuating circumstances or a conflict arises with on-campus activities. The flexible environment facilitated by the program enables students to participate even when the 2021-2022 school year begins.
Program Benefits
Upon completion of the iPRO Summer Program, participants will:
- Receive a certificate of completion
- Develop valuable connections with students across the U.S.
- Gain transferable knowledge on how to digest complex scientific papers
- Boost their resumes for grad-school applications
